A
25% security deposit reserves your week. This security deposit applies toward your rent, which is due in full 6 weeks
prior to your arrival. Personal checks are accepted. In addition, 6 weeks prior to your arrival, there is a $1000
damage deposit due. Your damage deposit will be refunded to you within 21 days of your departure, less any fees for
repairs, damages, or missing items to the interior or exterior of the property.
2012 Season
This property can ONLY be rented on a weekly basis. This
is a great place to bring your group to fish, hunt, golf, snowmobile, scrapbook, quilting clubs, book clubs or just a
